Volunteer Opportunities At Slocum House Theatre Company

The Old Slocum House Theater Company, known affectionately as The House, is run entirely by volunteers. Many of these folks have been around for years and years. Others are relatively new to the organization. Some serve on the Board of Directors, others prefer to remain as free spirits, helping in a myriad of ways. Have you ever considered becoming a volunteer with The House?

You can, you know. It's very simple. Just tell us! How? One of several ways:

• Mentioning it to the ushers, box office personnel, or anyone who looks as though they know what they are doing the next time you are in the audience for one of our upcoming shows!

The company has an ongoing need for ushers, tech crew, and set building. One area of particular need is assistance with grant writing and fundraising.
